A 5-storey reinforced concrete structure. The building included executive offices separated by demountable partitions, certain common areas including the conference room, an auditorium, libraries, a computers room, storerooms, kitchen and archives. All external cladding of the building consisted of a curtain wall and granite. An extensive car park and landscaping complemented this prestigious project.
