Concrete Structure

·    Reinforced concrete frame designed in accordance with the regulations for      anti earthquake construction.

Walls

·    Exterior walls are constructed using two rows of hollow clay bricks with      thermal insulation sheets in between.  Interior walls are constructed using      12cm hollow clay bricks.

Render & Finishes

·    All external surfaces will have three coats of plaster and will be painted     with exterior type protective paint. ·    All internal surfaces will have three coats of plaster and three coats of     emulsion paint. ·    Walls in the bathrooms and between kitchen benches and cupboards will     have two coats of plaster and will be lined with high quality ceramic tiles     (for bathroom and WC’s the tiles will go up to door height).

Floors

·    The ground floor lobby, staircase and common areas of the complex will be paved with marble. ·    The apartments will be paved with high quality ceramic tiles. ·    The basement storage area will be paved with ceramic tiles.

Doors And Windows

·    The entrance  of the apartments will be heavy duty metal safety doors     from the “PROTECTA” range with multiple lock points and a wooden look     finish. ·    Italian manufactured interior doors with wooden veneer finish. ·    Kitchen cupboards as well as bedroom wardrobes will be industrial made     with Vakelite finish. ·    External doors and windows shall be of white aluminium with double     glazing.  They shall also be provided with sliding heavy duty plastic     shutters.

Sanitary Ware & Plumbing Installation

·    Apartments will be fitted with white colored “IDEAL STANDARD” sanitary     ware complete with all accessories.

Electrical Installation

·    Telephone and TV sockets will be provided in all bedrooms, kitchens and     living rooms. ·    There will be provision for the installation of a central TV aerial, as well as     for solar heaters for each apartment. ·    The building’s entrance will be fitted with an audiovisual entry system and     electric lock operable from the apartments.

Heating

·    There will be a fireplace in the living room of each apartment. ·    Every apartment will have autonomous central heating and hot water     supply. ·    Every apartment has provision for future connection to the natural gas     grid.

Lift/ Storage Room/ Parking’s/ Common Areas

·    Six persons capacity hydraulic lift will be installed with access from the     basement to the sixth floor. ·    Each apartment will have a storage room in the basement as well as one concealed parking space on the ground floor either on basement.
