TELMEN LTD is an Electro-Mechanical contractor executing major electro-mechanical contracts in the British Bases and the Republic of Cyprus.  The company was registered in 1987 and is a sister company of ATLASPANTOU CO LTD.

It is one of the top contractors of its type in Cyprus, with prestigious projects in hand, like the Electrical installations of the Cyprus Telecommunication Authority in Limassol, the Electricity Authority of Cyprus in Larnaca, the Renault Showroom and Workshop in Nicosia. Also the Mechanical Installations of Laiki Popular Bank in Nicosia and the Cyprus Athletic Organisation in Limassol. TELMEN LTD is also an experienced maintenance contractor currently executing in JV the islandwide Specialist Term Contract in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Equipment. Some of the projects already completed are: the University of Cyprus, the Customs office of Larnaca Airport, 170 Houses at Dhekelia, the Electro-Mechanical works of the Police Station at Akrotiri, the Fire Station EPI and the Palais de Sports in Limassol.
